The Domino Diet Plan features only foods that are black and white. The menu lists several items making this plan versatile and easy to follow. There’s dark chocolate and white chocolate squares. Hot fudge sundaes. The ever-popular black and white shakes also figure in. Brownies or blondies, plain or a la mode. With the winter winds howling outside, nothing offers warmth and comfort like rich, creamy hot chocolate. Oh, and don’t forget chocolate cream pie topped with whipped cream; cream, not oil as the commercial says. Finally a meal plan I could handily follow. Of course, I will also have to quit my job and apartment and go live at the gym. I think I’ll go for a nice hot bowl of steel-cut oatmeal instead.
